Hi,
I'm Simmo32, and I got involved with book crossing the other day when I got hold of my first traveling book. My dad was taking a walk around Phillips Gardens in Maryborough where he found a book on a seat. He looked down at the book and thought that someone had lost their book but was surprised to see a yellow note attached to the front cover which read, I'm not lost... I'm on a journey. He called my mum to tell her about the strange traveling book. My mum was excited to hear about the book and told dad to pick it up. Dad refused because he was worried about who might have touched the book and what germs it may hold. He walked along until he came to yet another seat with a mysterious traveling book seated on it. He called my mum again to tell her about the book. My mum once again told my dad to bring the book home and this time he did so. The book is titled Emily Windsnap and the Monster from the Deep. I then accessed this web page and was glad I did because I am now involved with Book Crossing.
