Recognised the author, so book purchased recently from the Animal Aid op-shop in Dorset Road for themed or local release.

Book has been neatly covered to protect it on it's journey, with a 'Travelling Book' sticker across the front.
This had been sitting on my shelf for some time. A thick, 'epic saga', so I thought I'd probably never get around to reading it.
Having the hardcover donated made me pull this out and start reading. It was great ! Enjoyed the scope of the story with the historical references, and connecting with the different characters nasty and nice, their thoughts, motivations and lives.
Intrigued enought to look up other things on the net, and you never learn less !
Here's hoping future readers enjoy it as much as I have.
