On the shelf!

Serendipity allowed me to cross paths with this book. Just yesterday 1/2/10 I was making a list on Facebook of all the life changing books and "Eric" is in the top 5. I mentioned to a friend "Eric" was a book I would need to have on my bookshelf as I'd given my copy away years ago. Imagine my shock at finding it tonight in a restaurant.....hard to part with I'm done re-reading but I understand the rules and the karma involved.
I read this originally 21yrs ago when I was 17yrs old and it was the turning point that stirred a fire inside me to work as a nurse with cancer patients. I've been a hospice nurse for 12yrs and I am now getting certified to become a pediatric oncology nurse.
