from amazon:
When the notorious investigative journalist Rhoda Gradwyn books into Mr Chandler-Powell's private clinic in Dorset for the removal of a disfiguring scar, she has every prospect of a successful operation. While she lies drowsily recovering from the anaesthetic a white-shrouded figure stealthily enters her bedroom and within minutes Rhoda is dead. Dalgliesh and his team, called in to investigate, find themselves confronted with problems even more complicated than the question of innocence or guilt.

I found this book in the kitchen at work left by a very kind member of staff who has since left Uxbridge :-( where will I get my good books from now !!!!
I found this book a little slow to start but in the end a great read. I really would have liked to find out why she "didn't need it anymore" I think I may have missed something there, never mind... on to the next....
I will leave this book somewhere interesting to see where it travels to next...
P.S. K.T. thanks for book hope you're doing well wherever you moved to :-)
