In California's Sacramento Valley six people meet once a month to discuss Jane Austen's novels. They are ordinary people, neither happy nor unhappy, but all wounded in different ways, all mixed up about their lives and their relationships. Over the six months they meet marriages are tested, affars begin, unsuitable arrangements become suitable and under the guiding eye of Jane Austen some of them even fall in love...

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

Thank you for catching this book! Consider it a gift, but it would be great if you would let us know that the book is safe. You can read it or not, give it to a friend, leave it in a public place, or keep it forever if you want. I'd really like you to write a journal entry and share your thoughts about it.

If the concept of BookCrossing appeals to you, you may join and remain totally anonymous if you choose. The site is totally free, there are no strings and no spam involved. If you choose to join up, I hope you will consider using me, Sherlockfan , as the one who referred you. I enjoy the idea of sharing books and seeing how they travel, but I realize this idea is not for everyone.

Later March 1st

The book hadn't moved in The Fig Tree so I'm taking it to Martha's Pantry where I will leave it as more books get caught and journalled there than out here in Upper Hutt.

Didn't strike me as awesome, but good enough to keep reading. Not sure if it was just because I had a long gap in the middle, and came back halfway through a chapter that I only half had an idea of what was happening.

I feel like I should give it another chance, but can't really be bothered, so I'll take it off to a meetup in a few weeks.

Hope the next person enjoys it more!
