Love and Other Impossible Pursuits

What must her own household be like? Married to Michael Chabon, mother of four kids and a kickass writer herself? I'd like to be a fly on the wall at their dinner table!
This is a wonderful book that candidly addresses all those unspoken aspects of modern blended marriages. It's funny and wry and admittedly sort of slides off into the mauldin a tiny bit, but let's face it, we women LOVE a bit of mauldin on the side, when we are curled up on the couch with a box of chocolates. I can't really see how this would appeal to a guy, but then, I don't think it was written for a broad audience.
