Across the road from the Storytelling Centre is Tweeddale Court (between the Baguette Express and a souvenir shop). Go in there and head straight for the Oliver & Boyd building - the bookshelves are located on the ground floor. The shelves are usually only accessible Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm.
