I have always been fascinated with the Lost Colony of Roanoke Island since my visit to the Outer Banks with my husband a few years ago. I found this book in a quaint little bookstore in New Bern, North Carolina on a trip with my Grams. The story was interesting. The writing wasn't stellar, but the content was okay.
