I picked this one up at the book swap today. I have seen this one around before and finally decided to give in and pick it up. I have, in fact, wanted to be a writer in the past. It gets 9 stars from veruca so I'm dying to read it. :)

What a wonderful book! I enjoyed every word of this incredible novel. This is my first book by John Irving and now I know what all of the fuss is about. I am absolutely smitten with his writing.
