This book was chosen because it is on the 2009 Reading Olympics list for Bucks County, and Morrisville's Gifted 6-12 students are required to read one Reading Olympics book per month this school year. Our goal is to get the books on the list, journal about them as we read them, have a release party at the end of the school year, and track the journey of our books next school year. This is the third book that we are registering, and we're excited!

After reading the introduction I wasn't sure if I would like this book. The writing style was fine, but I was skeptical about a 6-year old protagonist. I'm glad I stuck with it! The book was great, and I am happy to recommend it to my Gifted students, especially since the children in the book are all Gifted.

this is collin. this book is about a boy named Ender Wiggin who is sent to Battle School to train for the bugger wars. he does so good he is sent to Command school to train to command the army for the bugger wars. Ender then starts training with a war veteran and practices the tactics of the buggers. to find out what happens you should read this book by Orson Scott Card. there is another book to this series called Ender's Shadow.

Hey this is Ella. I really liked this book. It is about a 6 year old boy named Ender Wiggin. He is really smart. The Earth is in a war with the Buggers who are aliens. Colonel Graff comes and takes Ender to Battle School where he will earn to battle. Then he graduates battle school when he is 10 and they take him to camand school where he will learn to camand ships. This book takes place in the future so they were fighting wars in space. Will they beat the buggers with ender as their comander? Find out by reading this book.
