Thanks so much for the trade - I'm about 1/3 through Angela's Ashes and will mail to you as soon as I'm finished
This is the continuation of the story in Summer's Child - and the author appears to be setting up other stories revolving around these characters and the town of Cape Hawk. It is a sweet story and truly the author is very good at that type. There are families of all types yet bound tightly; there is the lovely scenery of the coast of Nova Scotia and New England; and there's the dastardly bad guys getting their comeuppance. It is a great beach read/escapism - no one really cusses, there are good characters and bad characters and little of those who are some of both - so it's fantasy but fun fantasy. At least you know what to expect with Rice's novels.
Quote to remember:
All my favorite saints are mystics, because they have so much faith. They can see the most impossible things, because they see with the eyes of the heart.
