rescued from one tea room to be released to another somewhere in the royal free hospital after I have read it

This book is the first book that I have experienced the following issue with; if I could have sat down I could have read it cover to cover but life is such that I can't do that. so what did happen was that if I stopped reading this book made you think out what was happening to the characters, result this book has taken me weeks to read when if I had a day or two it would have been a one sitting book.
