Bought at Barnes & Noble in Greensburg, Pa., with a birthday gift card from my generous friend, Miss Briddie. I have been waiting for this one for months on paperbackswap.com, but found it on the bargain table at B&N!

Just a few months after finally finding this book at Barnes & Noble, I found a paperback copy at my local Goodwill store. Since a paperback is easier to carry around than a hardback, I ended up reading that copy rather than this one. If you would like to know my thoughts on the book, you can find them here.
