I purchased this at the Dothan Rescue Mission thrift store specifically to put in the horror book box hosted by alteregozoe. This is a sick and twisted book that will probably disturb you--probably the 2nd most disturbing book that I've ever read. I will warn you in advance not to read it if you cannot deal with reading about extreme child abuse.
