Traveller is Robert E. Lee's horse, and this is Traveller's story. The relationship between "Marse Robert" and his equine friend and companion is good stuff, although I think I liked Watership Down better.Edit 2022: I have no way of knowing if this is the right cover image, but it's better than leaving it blank! :)
