Warrior: The Time Hunters (Berkley Sensation)

I'm reading this for my book group which meets tonight. It's 5pm, the meeting is at 8 and I'm currently about halfway through, still have a yard to clean and three people to feed so the odds aren't stacked in my favor. And stalling on bookcrossing isn't helping matters, I suppose. Still, the halfway mark isn't too bad considering I didn't even pick up the last book at the bookstore in time for the meeting.
This is a scifi romantica novel which translates into a time-travel soap opera with a lot of explicit sex. Though it's not bad I've come to realize that I'm just not enjoying these books anymore. This one is about time travel and a group of genetically altered Warlords 200 years in the future who travel back and forth to save historically important people from hitmen out to make a profit. When Galar (the genetically mutated hero) spots Jessica (the beautiful artist) he falls hard and fast and will do most anything to keep her safe in between bouts of hot sex. I'm thinking I probably won't finish this one as I'm pretty bored but maybe my friends will talk me into continuing . . .
Well, turns out I read the wrong book for the meeting. Leave it me. I have no urge to finish this now so I'll probably send it off to someone waiting for it over on paperbackswap.com.
