I was **really** intrigued (and a little creeped out) at the premise of this book. "This could actually happen!" I thought. And the book was good, without a doubt. But by the last 1/4, I was disappointed by the ease with which the heroes learned of the evil plot, even down to details. I guess the ending was a little too convenient, a little to easy, a little to predictable to suit me. Overall a good read, but not the best Koontz I've ever read.
