This is another good mystery with a healthy dose of chile lore and recipes (there's one which I will skip... mountain oysters? BLECH!). China and Ruby are at their devious best with plenty of input from the colorful Texas locals. This one is speeding its way bac to Betsy-STL (after I copy down the recipe for Chile Bean Salad, of course!). Thanks again for the loaners! I hope you enjoy this series as much as I have!
