Bought new at Barnes & Noble because I was in the mood for a dark tale.
Well, this tale was not as dark as I had been led to believe. Sure, Tinkerbell is a nasty little fairy who doesn't like Wendy much; the lost boys, the pirates, and the redskins are constantly at war; death, disrespect, and bad parenting all play a role; but overall, it is just a fun and magical piece of children's literature I should have read decades ago.
