Journal Entry 1 by trekwoman from -- Somewhere In The State --, California USA on Sunday, June 8, 2008
Paperback. Purchased used from library donation shelf.
I listed this as a children's book. The kids in the story seem more worldly wise than I did in that era. In Jess' case I'm sure it's due to his growing up on a working farm. In Leslie's, it's no doubt her parents' interests in the humanities.
Still, I wasn't prepared for the ending. What a shock!
