Commander Ivanova is framed for the murder or a susected terrorist, known from her past. The bodies keep adding up.... she's even stripped of her command. Security Chief Garibaldi tries to solve the crime, but he's stripped of his official duties by EarthForce, who go to solve the crime themselves, and lock Garibaldi out of the files.

An entertaining read, but not something I would read again. For a better B5 book, check out the Psi Corps Trilogy, or the Centauri Prime trilogy, or the excellent stand alone book, To Dream in the City of Sorrows, about Marcus, Sinclair, and the Minbari.
