The Darkest Evening of the Year
1 journaler for this copy...
Just got this in the mail today. I've read a few Koontz novels, and have enjoyed them so far, off to Mt. TBR this one goes!
In an effort to clear out my TBR, and help pass the time of a workday (auditing claims can get a bit tedious), I have been listening to a lot of audio books lately. I just finished "ear-reading" this one, so will now set the paper copy free!
I really enjoyed this story. Had a lot of the typical Koontz elements to it, good and suspenseful, with just a touch of gore and the supernatural thrown in for good measure. The ending was a bit of a let down though, a bit too heavy on the supernatural for my liking.
