Picked up the book in the pub Great Expectations, they have a library area, decorated with old books and some new ones, I've seen book crossing books there before, but have never picked one up. Waiting for a friend who was running late I gave this a go and got far enough in that I wanted to take it home. I've never really been one for crime, but this was easy enough reading and hooked me with the different characters whose seperate investigations bring them together. Although it is a sequel to another book I haven't read it worked on its own. Which I think is a good sign.

Journal Entry 4 by AnonymousFinder at Terrigal, New South Wales Australia on Saturday, September 26, 2015
I bought this book at a Rotary Club secondhand book sale at Terrigal today for $2, and was surprised to find the book crossing.com sticker in the front of it. It's such a good cause, they help the community, so I don't mind paying for the book. I was also surprised to see that it had travelled to Australia from the UK. I'm a fan of Michael Connelly so am sure I'll enjoy the read. I will probably donate it back to Rotary at their next book sale.
