Quite an interesting read - and not quite for the reasons I expected. While I thought dwarfism would be interesting to read about, I didn't expect all that would be brought up in philosophy, civil rights, existence, etc, in light of it. I definitely did not expect the dramatic, highly emotional, and eventually personal-to-the-author, storylines, that developed. They seemed to have nothing, and yet everything, to do with dwarfism. Those parts sometimes felt like listening to a friend fill you in on situations with other friends.

I found this at the Little Free Library at 2327 5th St. in Santa Monica. I wouldn't have noticed this book except for the Bookcrossing spine label, but it looks interesting so I'm glad I saw it.
