Here's a hot one. The book all of Missouri is reading because Enemy Women is this year's Missouri ReadMOre Selection.
Our librarian, Carolyn Witt, is hosting a book discussion program on Enemy Women at the Washington Public Library on Thursday, March 20th at 7 p.m.
Author Paulette Jiles will be making the rounds in the next few weeks, visiting Missouri libraries. Check out the "Get-Out" section of the Post-Dispatch for details.
As for what I thought of the book--a defininte must for Missouri readers, men and women. Don't be put off by the title, guys, this one will appeal to you too.
