My 500th registered book!

Actual cover art is different - brighter and cooler.

Adopted this book and many others from a very kind person yesterday. Thank you. I will eventually read this collection of short stories.

I took this to Vegas this past week and read about half the stories while on the plane and while poolside. Good stuff so far.

A good collection of stories, but I would've liked more variety of setting and pace, though with a collection entitled Rock Springs, I shouldn't be expecting the setting to change much. Good stories with good thoughts. The first few stories absorbed me the most, and "Communist" was a good closer. More of Rock Springs on my book blog.

Released 14 yrs ago (6/14/2009 UTC) at Main Street (see notes for details) in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada

A lovely little find at car free day on Main Street. I'll be sure to pass on the gift. Only a couple pages in, but so far so good.
