Received as part of my International Secret Santa. I've only read Straub's work when in colloboration with Stephen King, so I'm really looking forward to read some more of his work.

I really wanted to enjoy this - my only other Straub reads have been collaborations with Stephen King - but I just couldn't get into this at all. Gave up after 100 odd pages because I wasn't enjoying it.
