An inhabitant of the Panther Junction Community Library, originally available only to residents and employees of Big Bend National Park in West Texas.
Snagged this from Big Bend when I was visiting my sister (Moody-Blue) at Christmas.
I grabbed this book from my sister's OBCZ at Big Bend National Park in Texas because I knew that it was on Grubsneerg's wish list. Now I'm sending it her way as a RABCK because she helped me find "Water for Elephants" a couple months ago :)
Happy Reading!

I'm finally ready to tackle my first John Irving book. Wish me luck!
Well, I needed the luck because this book was full of philosophy, religion, and literature, and I fear at least half of it went right over my head. I did enjoy the story of Owen Meany and John Wheelwright, and I think I'll be thinking about the plot and philosophical/religious/literature references for awhile, but I don't think this book will make my personal top 10.
My friend in Chicago asked that I pass this along when I'm done with it, so it is reserved for her.
