I really struggled at the beginning with this book. It just felt really hard to read. It also seemed like a good story though, so I persevered. It did become easier to read, or I just became used to the more difficult language and ideas. While I am glad I got through it, in the end, there was just too much war and the descriptions that go along with it for me - it distracted me from the story!
I'm sure others will enjoy this though.
