My sister was right; this was a pretty good story. I feel like I missed a first book in the series, though. The hero had a rich back story that was referenced, hinted at, but never quite fully explained, so it was a bit distracting, like trying to play catch-up. All in all, though, it was a quick-moving romance thriller that ended up being very satisfying.
