Bought at the Sisters of Charity Flea Market to read and release in the wild.

I probably would not have read this book if I hadn't seen the movie last year; neither one disappointed. Although I was often adrift in the meteorological and nautical jargon, it was an engrossing and heart-breaking read even though I knew the tragic ending was inevitable.
