Dean Koontz Says: "swift, suspenseful, and highly entertaining..." It definitely is all of that. I don't know that I'd call it a "thriller" but the literary folk do, thus the designation of type. It was a good read, definitely not a waste of time, but more entertaining than thrilling. The dialogue and main character thought processes are cynically sarcastic, making them, as Susan Isaacs says, "...smart characters, and wonderfully acute observations."
