My First Picture Book of Christmas Carols

This book is part of a whole bunch of leftovers from a yard sale I went to today in Pendleton, Oregon, USA. The girl was shutting down her daycare business and said I could have all of the leftover books for FREE!! :)
This is our family's favorite book to sing Christmas carols! Two years ago, we sang songs on the boys' bed in Pilot Rock. It was Mommy, Lynzie, Michael, Elisha, Cainan and Selah. Last year, we were busy getting ready to move and didn't do it. This year, Mommy, Lynzie, Michael, Elisha, Cainan, Selah, Avalon and Liam all sit on the boys' floor and sing before bed. The kids don't know it yet, but their new baby brother or sister (due Aug 2011) is there too! :)
This year, our family enjoyed this book in the living room of our house in Pendleton. Me and the kids---Lynzie through Kynthia---enjoyed this book together. We are going to sing it one more time tonight so Daddy can do it with us and then we're putting it away until next year.
We only sang from this book once this year---on the night we decorated the tree. Daddy led us at the table while we drank cocoa stirred with candy canes. It was a nice night. Thanks to Daddy for leading us!
Our family no longer celebrates Christmas but since there are several hymns in this book that have nothing to do with Christmas, I plan to change up this little book to cover up the Christmas themes. Stay tuned...
