This book was bought in the used book market in Alexandria, Egypt, by my friend Jace Livingston. I did the purchasing, since I speak Arabic, and we got it for about 80 cents. Then Jace proceeded to spent the next two days reading it without stopping. We traveled with our friend, Hunter Wesson, to an oasis in Egypt near the Libyan border, and he quit reading it so much. Then Jace and I traveled to Cairo, where he left the country, leaving the book in my posession. But I did not wish to read it.
