Originally read this book in January 2004 when I borrowed a copy from our public library. Today, I found this copy on our condo bookshelf and am now registering it and passing along to my daughter and neighbour to read before it goes back to the wild. I've covered the whole first page of this 'coverless' copy with wide cello tape right over top of the bookcrossing label to help keep more pages from being destroyed.

Here are my notes from January 2004 (from a cardfile of books that I have been keeping 'forever' since long before joining bookcrossing!): Fast, easy paced..... Jack Quinn (senator) seconded to the President; flashbacks to his time in Vietnam too. Kate Rashid....oil heiress 1/2 arab & 1/2 english....the 'bad lady'....at end of book is apparently drowned after she & British agent (ex irish ira) Sean Dillon battle it out in her airplane over England (Sean makes it back); white house operative Blake Johnson. Setting is arabia; england; washington. Good read

Back from my daughter unread....she's too busy. It's now off to the wild!

This book, with its missing cover, is still travelling! I released it in August 2009 to the condo bookshelf... it was picked up there by my neighbour... and she returned it to me in Fall 2009. It's been sitting on a table in my diningroom waiting for action from me! OK... it's off to the wild again and if I see it once more then I'll take it away from the condo bookshelf!
