Journal Entry 3 by auntkity from Olathe, Kansas USA on Tuesday, July 10, 2007
At 6:45 this morning, I was in front of the Dillions grocery store, at 151st and Mur-Len in Olathe, Kansas. I needed to make a return but Customer Service did not open until 7:00am. To bide my time I was looking at the various potted plants outside the store on the walk way and discovered a book neatly secured in a large zip-locked bag propped up against on of the plants. As an avid reader this immediatly peaked my curiosity! The book enclosed was "Thinking Outside the Box: The White Castle 10th Annual Crave Time Cookbook 2001". Not only was I intrigued with discovering this book "in the wild" but also by the fact that White Castle had a cookbook with over 100 receipes using their world-famous hamburgers as the main ingredient! Who would've thunk it! My plan is to take it home, sit down with my kids and pick one receipe to try. Should be a fun experience!
