Paperback. 560 pages.
I really liked this sci-fi first contact story. Despite having a couple of typos and me getting the characters mixed up because there was a whole bunch of Navy types who went by their last name, this was a very entertaining and thought-provoking read. The aliens, called 'Moties' are not your standard BEM. I think I liked "Footfall" by the same authors a bit better but this was a wonderful writing collabration. =^..^=
