There was a book sale with thousands of titles, all new books, for irrestible prices. I seldom buy new books, but this was just too hard to stay away from. I feel like a hamster, scurrying home toppling over with a load of treasures. This is one of them.
I read this on holidays in Spain, during those lovely siestas. It was a great read, the gloomy Edinburgh atmosphere as a background for the Miss Marple-ish sort of whodunnit. I loved the characters and the dialogues. I can't wait for more, from this writer.
