***NOTE***

While I am a writer who writes long when the spirit, and the subject, moves him you, dear fellow Journaler, aren't required to put in anything but the bare minimum ( Where Caught, where re-released, or whatever other fate you have in store for the book, even a brief review ) ...BUT longer is permissible, and encouraged, IF you are so moved to do so by my own such entries.

Journal Entry 3 by Beatchik from Orange, California USA on Tuesday, July 31, 2007
I picked up this book at Chapman Coffee House (at the weekend OC Bookcrossing meetup) just to help shuffle around the crossing zone's contents.

It's a YA book about 2 boys during WWII, living in Brooklyn. Theirs dads are abroad and they have a crush on their teacher, Miss Gossim. I picked it up and read parts of it. It seems well-written and probably pretty interesting to anyone in the age bracket or interested in WWII home-front history.

Released 16 yrs ago (8/20/2007 UTC) at Panera Bread - Mira Mesa Blvd & Westview Parkway in San Diego, California USA
