Portia is driven by logic and always has an explaination for haunted houses, faery rings and seances. So when Portia accidentally summons a virtue and receives her gift of weather control, it is a lot for her to accept. When a fallen angel shows up and kidnaps her, she is grasping at any logical explaination she can think of. Sometimes though a woman has to go on faith and throw logic to the wind.
