This was another freebie book that I read by the pool on my honeymoon. It was pretty good, I loved the first 3/4 of the book, but I got the feeling that the author got tired of writing and wanted to finish. I did love the last few pages, however.
I liked this book overall, mainly because I'm an Anglophile and dig anything having to do with living in England. I also quite liked the childhood-fantasy aspect of it.
Enjoy!

I left it at the booth after dinner. And then, bless his heart, a waiter came running down the street after me, saying, 'you forgot this!' I considered a humorous dash down the street to see if he would chase me, but opted instead to say, 'yes. i did it on purpose,' and smile knowingly.
