Creepers
1 journaler for this copy...
I wanted to go catch a copy of this when mysterymish released it earlier, but couldn't get to the area in time. So imagine my excitement when I found this copy for a quarter in the local thrift shop!
I had some issues with this book (a bit too much feminine "hysteria" and damsel-in-distress action for my tastes), but it was, overall, a very good piece of escapist literature. If there were any justice in the literary world, this would be a much more popular novel than The Da Vinci Code. I read it in a day, something I haven't done for a long, long time--it truly was absorbing.

Controlled release to my roommate, who I think might like this.
RELEASE NOTES:
My roommate couldn't get into this one, so I released it to the LA Weekly stand at the bottom of the stairs up to Murphy Hall from the Hilgard bus terminal. It's part of a Halloween challenge: it sure is "creepy" enough.
Sorry: I could never resist a pun.
