Another great looking Anna Pigeon mystery recieved from vc-mike yesterday. They are always a fun and interesting read. The postman hardly made it up the stairs carrying the hugh book box! THANX MIKE!

I recieved this, a bit worn out, paperback from vc-mike with a suiting BC Shop label, a resting tabbycat on a book shelf! Anna Pigeon,recently widowed and a national park ranger, risks her life trying to solve the murder of a fellow female ranger. She befriends Christine, a lesbian, who is one of the persons on her "List of possible culprits", also college Craig Eastern, who has mental problems. Or could it have been one of her bosses-Corinne or Paul Harland? I didn't find out until the final pages!
A well written plot and a satisfying and deserved ending.
This must be my 4th murder mystery involving Anna Pigeon written by Nevada Barr, thanks to vc-mike, who has also met the author and was nice enough to send me a picture of them together!
I will past this paperback on to noname-blue soon.
