I am registering this before I read it. It is Beyond Chapter Three's reading selection for April. I'll comment on it after I read it and before I pass it on to another book group member.

WOW! I did not see the ending of this one at all, but Picouolt is well known for the surprise endings.
I am handing this book off to the person I promised it to.
Happy Reading!

I enjoyed this story. I learned some more about the Amish community and identified with some of the characters in the book. I'd like to read some more of Picoult's books.

Just received this as part of a potential ring. Will be reading this as soon as I am done with a ring book before it. Thanks!

This is another amazing book from Jodi Picoult and I must say that I think she is my new favorite author! I picked this book up, meaning to read a few pages and get back to it at a later time. Well once I picked it up I couldn't pick it up. Once again Picoult finds me questioning right and wrong and what I would do if put in the situation. Also an interesting look into Amish life. Thanks for sharing!

I received this in the mail today. I'm heading out of town this weekend, so will likely bring it along to keep me company. I really enjoyed the first Picoult book I read (Her Sister's Keeper) and have been anxious to read more. Thanks, Jayebirck, for sharing it with us!

This was my second Picoult book and I will definitely be looking for more of them! This was a great story and I found the glimpse inside the Amish world fascinating. As liz-z mentioned, Picoult has an uncanny ability to make you examine, and even challenge, your own thoughts and beliefs were you to find yourself in a similar situation.
