This was right in line with all of Ann Rule books that I've read. This talks about repeat offenders, and it makes a person wish that we could do more to keep these criminals off the streets.
This book was bought at the library book sale, and is in horrible shape. I will still try to release it in the upcoming weeks before baby arrives.
