Poppy Rice is agent with the FBI and has quite an interesting job: she can decide on which cases she is working. Somehow she wants to find out, what is the truth behind a conviced murderer, who was 17 years old when she commited the assasination. Some rather unbelievalbe things happen (after the letzal injection Rona Leigh is able to survive!!!) and the story is a little bit long, however it does not have the standard happy-end most of the books and movies have.
It was OK to be read, but I would not read it again and I don't have to have all the other books written by Mary-Ann Tirone Smith...
