It's a very interesting "how to" book. I read through it but never really followed all the techniques-- or took it very seriously. Although I imagine that if women follow the techniques they will be able to improve their sex lives. I'm releasing it in hopes it helps some other women feel in touch with their bodies and discover orgasms!
