I received this book as a surprise from au3 with the bookcrossing-game. According to melissaparcel the whole series is worth reading, so I'll try to get hold of book 1 to read it in the proper order.
Thanks you two for making me discover this book and for sending it on!

A very nice story about good and evil - I liked the idea of the story a lot and I even had to cry a little bit! I think it's true what Mr Lewis wrote that no story is good enough for children if grown-ups can't read them with pleasure, too. Thanks again for letting me discover this series!
Now I'm ready to watch the film, wanting to see how it's done.

I'm giving this to my no-bookcrossing friend who has read "The Magician's nephew", too. I'll "force" her to do a journal entry (as an anonymous finder), too! ;-)

I got the book from a friend. I read it very fast because it was a pleasure to read it. I'll give it back to my friend, because she hasn't read it yet.

While sorting out my shelves ("normal" and this BC-shelf), I saw that this book is still "RES". Well, it's back with me, and contrary to what my friend wrote, I have already read it a long time ago!
Now it's "AVL" or it will end up in a bookbox one day.

Journal Entry 10 by DEESSE from Erstein, Alsace France on Saturday, April 11, 2009
The book will finally get to travel again - with "DEESSEs Fantasy-Bookbox" (my 500th registered "book"!)
