This book is the second (and apparently final) book in the Moontide and Magic Rise series, following World Without End. I bought this copy at a dealer at Arisia '07.

This book is the sequel to World Without End. As far as I can tell it is also the end of this series, though another sequel would certainly be possible with where this book leaves off.

While Flattery is fighting his own battles between the factions aboard the ship who all want the cursed white flower, back at home the battle is no less fierce. If possible the politics is even more cut-throat.
