YEAH!!!!
My very first wild catch!

I really wanted to read this book but thought I'd have to wait for it to come out in paperback because I was in the 50's of the reserve list at the library.

Thank you Silesia for the advance release notice that gave me time to go hunting. (I even managed to get in and out of the parking lot within the 15 minute free grace period!!)
I feel like this is my lucky day!

BTW I LOVE how you labeled the book both inside and out. I think I need to do the same.

It took me forever to begin reading this book. It starts out slow but then is a fun, easy read. Very few twists and turns but I was told there was a twist ending and I thought I saw what it was but I was mistaken.
This is a nice HC so I think I will offer it as a ray.

Journal Entry 15 by winginnaewing from Aurora, Colorado USA on Sunday, October 21, 2007
Arrived yesterday, on my Bachelorette Day. My wedding is in a week!! so, I will try to get this moving before then, but no promises, so, try not to worry about the book if it is with me for a little longer than expected. I promise to get it moving as soon as I can!

Journal Entry 16 by winginnaewing from Aurora, Colorado USA on Saturday, November 10, 2007
So, I planned on getting this read and off to perryfan before I left for my honeymoon, but alas, things got in the way (like a wedding, and my new husband being fluish on our wedding night, and into the next day :( -- he healed up before the flight to Hawaii tho!!) -- So, I finished this book on the way to Hawaii. It was as enjoyable as Patterson's books tend to be. I liked that we finally got a little more back story on what happened to his wife, and how he ended up where he did (with the PD). Very good, and I will be getting it off to perryfan this week!!

Journal Entry 17 by wingperryfranwing from Elk Grove, California USA on Wednesday, November 21, 2007
Arrived today - along with some other goodies! I have a couple of books in front of this but hope to get to it soon. Since I am last on the list, I will pass it on to another reader as a RABCK unless more readers are added to the list. Thanks for including me - looking forward to reading this.

Update 2/7/08: Started reading today. Hope to get this moving again in a couple of weeks.

Journal Entry 18 by wingperryfranwing from Elk Grove, California USA on Monday, February 11, 2008
Another enjoyable Alex Cross novel from Patterson! This was a page turner which I read in a few days. I must say the "Butcher" was one of the vilest of Patterson's villians. While I didn't think this was as good as "Kiss the Girls", it was up there with some of the better Cross stories I have read.

Soleille advised me that she found a used copy of this in Europe so she no longer wants the book. I will try to send this to someone as a RABCK real soon. Thanks MyssCyn for including me in this bookray!

Journal Entry 19 by wingperryfranwing from Elk Grove, California USA on Tuesday, February 12, 2008
Sending this to PrettyPoodle in Norristown, PA as a RABCK. When finished, please try to pass it on. Enjoy!
